He has likewise been appointed to various positions for city, county and state government entities such as the Burnsville City Board of Appeals, the 35W Solutions Alliance, the Minnesota Department of Revenue Property Tax Assessment and Classification Reform Study Group, and the Heart of the City Steering Committee.
Mr. Hall is a Minnesota-educated attorney who completed his Juris Doctor degree at the William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and Innovation at the Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, summa cum laude and with a perfect GPA of 4.0. In addition, he taught as an adjunct Business Law professor in Concordia and served in the William Mitchell Law Review. His academic background notwithstanding, Mr. Hall has been given several distinctions by various bodies in the state for his legal accomplishments. He was the recipient of the CALI Awards for Excellence in Corporations and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings. He was also awarded the Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans Award in 2001 by the Minnesota Jaycees. Moreover, he was also recognized by the Minnesota Justice Foundation for over 200 hours of pro bono legal services rendered in the year 2007.
